Blenheim Palace, 'Britain's Greatest Palace' is still the family home of the Dukes of Marlborough, lived in and much loved by the family. A house of true style and grandeur, Blenheim Palace is able to offer you hospitality of the highest standards, turning your special day into a truly memorable occasion.  As your guests enter Blenheim through the Woodstock gate the beauty of the Palace, the lake and bridge, will overwhelm them. This view, according to Lord Randolph Churchill is "the finest view in England" and will live on long in the memory of any guest to the Palace.

Blenheim Palace offers the most magnificent setting for you to create your own fairy-tale wedding ceremony and reception. Designed by Sir John Vanbrugh, The Orangery with its private palatial entrance and terrace overlooking the Italian Garden provides a stunning daytime and evening venue and was originally where the Orange trees that adorn the formal gardens were grown. Exuding an air of striking elegance from the moment you reach its pillared entrance, The Orangery can accommodate up to 230 guests for a wedding breakfast. The wedding ceremony would take place in The Marlborough Room, which was originally the Palace kitchen with a beautiful double vaulted ceiling and two stunning chandeliers. This room can accommodate up to 120 guests for a wedding ceremony or up to 70 guests for a smaller, more intimate wedding reception.

Alternatively the Great Hall and Saloon provide the perfect combination for up to 150 guests.  Your wedding ceremony could take place in the Orangery with post ceremony drinks served on the Terrace over looking the Italian Gardens.  The Saloon with its ceilings lavishly painted by Louis Laguerre is the State Dining Room and a superb location to help make your day special accommodating up to 80 guests for a wedding breakfast and up to 150 for a drinks reception.  The Great Hall with its beautifully painted ceiling can accommodate up to 150 guests for a wedding breakfast and 150 for a drinks reception.

Additionally, The Long Library boasts the second largest private room in any British Stately home and can accommodate up to 300 guests for a wedding breakfast with pre dinner drinks served in the Great Hall and Saloon.  Home to 10,000 books and the Willis Organ this room over looks the magnificent Water Terraces with it sparkling fountains and is an amazing venue for your Wedding Breakfast. We take particular pride, not only in the excellence of our cuisine, but also our attention to detail, for it is the finer touches that make your occasion so very special.  Blenheim Palace offers a unique and stunning location for your most important day.
